Buckwheat in Mexico: A dream? . . . . Not, actually is a reality! Indeed, after a period of research with the co-operation of Doctor Borodanenko, of the university of Irapuato, we planted buckwheat and we now have the pleasure and the honour to be able to offer to you buckwheat products cultivated in Mexico. Buckwheat is a plant originating in Asia that is widespread in that continent and part of Europe and also in North America. Its use is essentially in the kitchen for the preparation of dishes typical of each country such as for example: Wafers in Brittany, the kascha grechnevaya in Russia, soba pasta in Japan, mémil in Korea, the hulled grain and wafers in Quebec, bread in Germany, crozetti pasta in Italy and several other recipes around the world. Buckwheat is also used to fill of orthopaedic pillows (sobagara) according to the Japanese tradition; and the sheets of this plant are rich in rutin, which is a product used to correct cardiac problems and of blood circulation. Buckwheat does not contain gluten what is appropriate to the people allergic to this product, and it's a dietetic product! The products that we offer to you are from the buckwheat plant (fagopyrum esculentum) and are as follows: Complete buckwheat seeds. We are at your disposal to receive your orders and for all information comments or suggestions about buckwheat and of our products.
